STUDENT EXPERIENCE

The ORU Experience - Student Life

College should be a time of discovery, growth and fun. At ORU it's all that and more. Through development of your mind, body and spirit, the ORU experience is designed to help you grow as a whole person, ignite your leadership skills and prepare you to impact the world for good.

The educational experience at ORU is one of a kind. Outside of the classroom, most degree programs have a student run club or organization that provides an in-depth look at that particular field of study. Many students also take advantage of the spiritual life on campus by joining the worship department, a missions or outreach team, the chaplain program and others. There are events and carnivals throughout the year that bring together entire dorm groups for “wing events” as a time of food, fun and fellowship. And when that is just not enough, students show their Golden Eagle pride at NCAA Athletics and intermural sporting events.
